Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CashT mobile application and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. We may update these Terms from time to time and will provide at least 7 days' notice for material changes. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CashT. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of Services

CashT provides personal finance management tools, including manual expense and income tracking, budget management, savings goals, AI-powered spending insights, and receipt scanning. CashT does not connect to or access your bank accounts or financial institutions — all financial data is entered manually by you.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@casht.app
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5. Subscription and Payments

CashT offers a free tier and a Pro subscription with the following pricing:

• Monthly plan: $4.99/month
• Yearly plan: $19.99/year

By subscribing to a paid plan:

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we do not store your payment details
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store or Google Play policies
• Prices may change with notice to existing subscribers

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to CashT, including financial data, receipts, and notes. By using our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process this content solely to provide and improve our Services. We do not use your content for advertising or AI model training.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Services without permission
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the Services for commercial purposes without our written consent

8. Intellectual Property

All proprietary content, design, code, and branding within CashT — excluding user-submitted content — is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Financial Disclaimer

CashT provides tools and insights for informational and organizational purposes only. We are not financial advisors, and nothing in our Services constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals for financial decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
